We provide a Lifetime Full Coverage Warranty for selected products. If your product breaks or malfunctions, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
No registration or receipt is required. Your Discoveryopt product is automatically covered.
Coverage by Product Series
No, accessories are excluded. However, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for free.
Warranty Scope
Free repair or replacement if the product breaks or malfunctions. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of equal or better performance.
Loss, theft, intentional damage, and cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
Claim Process
Simply contact our support team by email. No receipt is required.
In most cases, customers pay for shipping to our service center, and Discoveryopt covers the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product.
Processing times may vary, but we aim to handle all warranty claims as quickly as possible.
